How To Update License Keys

1. Launch DongleUtil.exe located in file directory C:\ADT\iTest4.X\Execute

2. Select “Launch ACC” once DongleUtil.exe has been started

At this point Sentinal Admin Control Center will open in a new browser tab

3. Select the “Diagnostics” tab once the browser opens

Ensure that the Run-Time Installer and Package are versions 9.15

If the version is NOT 9.15, please download the zip from the SentinalHasp link and follow the instructions below

SentinelHasp

1.  Unzip the files in the attached zip file directly into the iTest Execute folder
2. Right click on “HaspUpdate.bat” and select “Run as administrator”
3. When the batch file is done, the system should be updated to HASP 9.15
    

4. Select the “Configuration” tab.

Ensure that the “Generate C2V file for HASP key” checkbox at the bottom of the configuration tab is checked and then select the “Submit” button

5. Go back to the “Sentinal Keys” tab

Select the “C2V” button next to your license and it will generate a new c2v file

6. At this point you will need to hand off this C2V file to your point of contact with AND.

AND will update the licensing of the C2V file to generate a V2CP file. If you are not in direct contact with an AND employee, please submit your C2V file with a request in our helpdesk resource

7. Once you have received the V2CP file from AND go to the “Update/Attach” tab of the “Sentinal Admin Control Center”

Hit the “Select File” button and a file explorer window will open

8. Select the V2CP file from AND then select the “Open” button

9. Hit “Apply File” in the “Update/Attach” tab in the “Sentinal Admin Control Center”
